I have suffered a knee injury from Rock climbing...visited hospital, had X-ray and was briefly told muscle tear.After the swelling and pain hadn’t gone away for 3-4 weeksI contacted John...he promptly got me booked in for a home session that same evening. He arrived dead on time and got straight to work.He did several routine tests to identify the injury and was able to tell me what I had done. After a relaxing massage removing the swelling and applying magic tape the pain has been removed.
